Returned from Devon cliffs on Friday, went as 2 adults and our 3 year old daughter.
From the minute we arrived we were greeted by friendly security staff and then a lovely lady on the reception desk, she described where out caravan was located and where all the facilities were.
The site is huge, but it’s all very well maintained from gardening staff to helpful staff dotted around
The indoor pool is brilliant my daughter loved it and all the slides which she was just tall enough to go on with us, the water is warm enough to enjoy and theirs plenty of changing rooms and lockers
The food facilities are great, little bit more expensive than normal but what you expect really. Entertainment staff work very hard to look after the little ones
The caravan was very clean and modern and had fantastic heating so made it very comfortable, our electric tripped out and within 10 mins of me calling someone a helpful staff member turned up to get us back up and running all done with a smile
We arrived on Monday 15/10 got to say the cleanliness of the entrance was lovely, we found it easy to park and pleasant check in, pleasant staff member who explained the info pack and where our caravan was on the park. We arrived at our caravan in cherry park caravan 16 it’s a lovely spot overlooking the sea, our caravan is a 2 bed platinum with decking, (decking is a must). I phoned up reception on the Tuesday to get the windows and decking cleaned but within 2 hours a pleasant member of staff came to clean it can’t get better than that 10 out of 10. The facilities in the van are just right a real home from home, we are really happy with the it. The park is hilly but added to the holiday feel it didn’t bother us at all. The park is spotless. Devon cliffs we will definitely return next year this is a must to all to visit and stay you won’t be disappointed 10 out 10. (By the way we’re here till Friday 19/10:18, but couldn’t wait to review it) well done to all the team Devon cliffs. See you again.
